I don't know where to post this, but I have a 1974 400 with 4X heads (small valve 1.96/1.66) as well as a set of 1970 #15 heads for sale.
The block has been taken .030 over, and has new bearings, freeze plugs, etc.  It does have some surface rust, but some cleaning and a good honing job will take care of that.  The heads (4X) and crank are in the same condition.  The pistons are cast and are pressed onto the rods.  Everything is in decent shape, it just needs some minor cleaning and TLC.  I am in South Dakota, and this will be a pickup only sale.  I don't want to use e-bay, and I don't want to have to mess with freight.  
I would like to get $450/b.o. for the whole thing.
Now for the #15 heads.  These came off of a 1970 455 from a Bonneville.  These were 10.75:1 compression heads and they were the low-po version (360hp/490lb-ft tq).  They have not had any work done, so they are as-is, but they are in great shape.  $100/b.o. takes them.
If you want everything, $500 takes it all!!!
