Hi, I am new here. Wasn't sure which forum to use. Anyway, I have a 1967 GTO 4 speed car that I am building a 468 Stroker for(400 block .060, 4.25 crank, 6.8 chevy rods, SRP flattop pistons). I need some advise on the rest of the build like whick stock heads are the best or should I go with edelbrocks? Hydraulic or solid roller cam, or don't use a roller? 1.5 or 1.65 rockers? Are the hurricane intakes any good or go with edelbrock? I appreciate anyones help. I would like to use some sort of stock iron head if possible though. I wanna get around 500 hp out of this engine. it is going to be in a street car. But I wanna get out as cheap as possible.
