I have a 1995 Trans Am and looking into getting some headers. I have been looking for sometimes trying to find the right ones. I have been told to go with, Kooks, BBK, Jet Hot, Hooker, Pacesetter, Hedman so I am just wondering what you guys think. I have been told that Kooks are the best on the market and produce the most power and if this is true are they really worth $1014.90 because all of those other brands are selling headers for half of the price. Just let me know what you guys link.

You certianly want to go with long tube over shorties. The shorties aren't going to get you much gain. You can't go wrong with Kooks or BBK. You should also check out SLP or FLP (Finish Line Performance).

I also have a red 95 TransAm. I am interested in the response to your question. I too am interested in changing somethings on my car. I know that I will go with an aftermarket cat-back exhaust. I am most impresses with the Borla system. Your's is the first comment I have seen about the headers, so I am keenly interested in the feedback. I think you and I have much to discuss. You have probably done more mods to your T/A than I.
