Can anyone tell me how to restore or replace the seat belt bolsters that are between the tranmission tunnel and the seat? The plastic on mine are cracked and do not hold the seat belt buckle up anymore.  I am sure this is a common problem.

Also, I would like to have the cracked and deteriorated portion of the top of my steering wheel restored. I do not want a new reproduction as they are not exactly like my 1978. Can anyone help? Thank you.  

Get another set of rear seat belt bolts and use them in the front.
