I need a good opinion Ive looked all over were I live for a good small block and could never find one I wanted. Now I have found a 406 and a 383. But Im having problems on wich one to buy. The 383 needs a crank and a manifold but has a set of 375 horse heads. The 406 is a complete motor not sure of the specs right now and he wants 800 wich would be the best to go with?

The 406 is a more rare block.  If it is complete for 800 I would pick it up asap.

I have a Pontiac GP for sell due to the fact that I cannot afford the up keep. It is blue with a blue interior. It has a 455 big block with a 4 barrell carburator. I know the engine is rare, but I just cannot afford to keep it. Give me an offer.

406 No doubt. We are talking Poncho 406, right?
