I am in the process of restoring the body on my 1967 Firebird convertible and need to know how to remove the moldings around the windshield and behind where the convertible top goes down without damaging them. How are these moldings attached? Do I need a special tool to remove them. I tried using a hook tool to see if I could loosen whatever is holding them underneath but no luck.
