Over 40 years ago I had a 1967 GTO with HO engine, Muncie M-21 Close ratio four-speed, 4.33:1 rear axle and F-70 x 14 Wide Oval tires - The MPH per 1000 rpm in high gear was 17.4 MPH
M-21 transmission ratio - 1st 2.20:1, 2nd 1.64:1, 3rd 1.48:1 and 4th 1.00:1
Question #1 - What was the MPH per 1000 rpm in first, second and third gear?
Added cheater slicks on rear (same height as 8.55 x 15 street tires)
Question #2 - With that change what was the MPH per 1000 rpm in high gear?

I have a numbers matching 67 HO goat with 4.33, M21 and F70 X 14 bias tires, no slicks avail. When weather gets better I will find out MPH and advise.

The formula for your Goat try 336x4.33x1.00xmph/Divided by tire size will equal RPM. Example 336x4.33x1.00x60/divided by 28 inch tall tire equals 3117 RPM
