Beginning resto on 76 GP Hurst Hatch 350ci 400 trans stored since 1995. I bought it new in 1976-never hit and orginal paint 125,000 miles. Would like to modify exsiting engine to produce power above the stock 175HP rating. Requesting contact info for reputable Pontiac engine builders and restoration services.  Thanks.

There are many well known Pontiac engine builders all over the USA- pick up a copy of HPP and you will no doubt find a few listed. Any Poncho builder worth his salt can rebuild your 350 to 325-350 hp, and still have it appear stock. I personally would keep the original 350 and do a 400 or 455, since the rebuild would cost about the same and you would get alot more power (375-450 hp+) with the only added expense being the additional motor.
