Hi. I am Clive in England. I have a 79 T/A 403 olds auto. The last keeper chopped into the wiring to facilitate extra side lights and turn signals to comply with euromarking. Now the tail light fuse (20 amp) is blowing constantly. After a few hours today I discovered he has spurred of the actual light swith on the dash to the lights on the front of the car. What has he done? Any clues gratefully collected.

Clive, I wish I had a answer for you. But without seeing what was done to the car, it is impossible to diagnose the problem. Send me a private message with your e-mail and maybe we can get some pictures so I can understand what was done. Steve
Trying to help... 'cause we don't all have to learn the hard way!

Steve. Thanks for your reply. I have now run a live from the same feed (from the switch to the rear light) negating the faulty fuse. I now have lights but when I hit the brakes the dash lights up. This latest "chop in" is fused so temporarily I am out of the *** I would still like to have the car correct though. Clive.
