I know its not a high performance car, but I came across a barn find of sorts. A very nice 1964 Pontiac tempest. 4 dr. 6cyl engine. hardtop. I have no clue about the worth of this vehicle. It has just over 100K but in excel. condition. No rust (a bit underside carriage) has had plastic on the seats and floors since the day it was bought. One owner. Older lady had it and rarely drove it as of lately. Runs and sounds perfect. Any idea of the value of this car. Thanks for any help... stig

I would think a few (2-3)grand would be tops for buying a car like this, because even if you spend a fortune on it, you won't get your money back. However, it does sound like one of those cool rides you can clean up, tune up and cruise around in and just be different than all the wind tunnel blobs on the road today. Being a hardtop adds to the cool factor, I'd buy it! Steve
Trying to help... 'cause we don't all have to learn the hard way!
