I have an 89 formula and I changed the steering colum.  After hooking everything back up the car would not turn over.  I rewired the starter to bypass the nuetral safety switch and now it turns over.  I am getting spark but no fuel.  I tested the fuel pump and it is working.  I came to the conclusion that the injectors are not working.  When I put a test light on them it lit up on both wires going to each injector.  Could anyone tell me why they are not working. I would really apppreciate it.  The car has a 5.7 with the tuned port injection.  Thank you very much for your help
