Whew, for a minute I thought you meant 4 wheel DRIVE!! A cheap front disc uprade is to use the spindles from a 79-up Full size wagon with 12" front rotor and the later 1LE rotors(around 89-92), the later rotors have the same 5 on 4.75" bolt pattern and use the same bearings as your stock rotors, but they will have metric studs which you may want to swap for Imperial threads. This swap uses the same pads and calipers that you already have, thae advantage is in the greater leverage provided by the 12" rotor. If bolt pattern isn't a concern, the wagon rotors will work fine but they are a 5 on 5" pattern. Be sure to get the 12" dust shields as well. If this isn't enough I'm sure there are several kits available, PST has some nice complete upgrade kits. Maybe it's time for a transbrake! Steve
Trying to help... 'cause we don't all have to learn the hard way!
