If the electric hook ups go in the top of the carb body, you've got a computer controlled Q-jet there Rocco, I hope you didn't spend much $$$ on it, because it won't work without a computer. If the hookups are just solenoids mounted on the outside linkage, they are likely just idle control solenoids. As for mixture screws, if it is a CCC, there aren't any. If its just a standard Q-jet, they are in the front of the base plate covered with round, pressed in plugs. Turn over the card and use a file, hacksaw or die grinder to cut small slots thru the aluminum under the plugs so you can use a hammer and small punch to knock out the plugs. Then buy a flexible carb adjuster tool from your local parts store and set them the same as any carb. Steve
