The car is a basic 1974 Ventura that came from the factory with a 350 and single exhaust.  It has since had the most of the interior removed (now has stock dash and gauges, Procar seats, and very nice carpet but no back seat or headliner) and was converted to a B&M Z-Gate floor shifter.  I'm guessing this was either somebody's racing project or a sick and twisted sleeper car for street racing way back when.

Whoever had this car before me truly ws performance-minded, it is armed with a 1968 Pontiac 400 340hp motor out of a B-body (rare YE code and original #15 heads).  The motor currently has an electric fuel pump, Edelbrock intake, and Accel HEI ignition.  It gets up and goes more than I am brave enough to find out on the 215 rubber the car is wearing!  The car would make an excellent pro-street project or would be good for pulling the motor to drop in another Pontiac (the car runs and drives to prove that this motor is a true wolf in sheep's clothing).

The asking price is $3000 for the car, an extra $250 for the seats (no wear on them, the same as brand new seats), and possibly a Holley carburetor (specs unknown, grandfather bought it but now is not using it and is willing to sell it, it is new in box).

I am located in Harwood, Maryland and my zip is 20776.
Please call Chad at 410 562 4486 or email me at indianajones8790@msn.com.

Many more pictures available, email me and I will send them.  The '78 Trans Am next to the Ventura is also for sale.
