To my knowledge, you cannot get an original Pontiac valley pan. Unlike the morons at the auto parts stores, who probably only have ever seen a small block Chevy, a Pontiac valley pan is not a gasket, but an actual engine part. I don't think you can get a new one form GM, but I have seen them on Ebaymotors, and there are really nice new aluminum ones available from Butler Performance, as well as Kauffman Engineering, and they are very nice. They also sell the gasket you need, although I do read alot that RTV does work well, but that's up to you.

I just went through this, the parts stores are too lame to cross reference a valley pan descriptor to a what they now call a pushrod cover gasket.
Any of your local parts stores can get it for you if they don't have it in stock already. Part number is Felpro - PS50045C
