I recently saw the article on Ritch Poirier's 69 GTO.  I liked the dropped look that he achieved using the G-West upper and lower control arms with the OPG drop springs.  I unfortunately do not have the money right now to fully equip my 68 Gto with all new front and rear end components like Ritch did.  Is there any way I could still achieve the "dropped look" using factory upper and lower control arms?  Also, I plan on converting the car to disk brakes all around.  Any ideas on cost efficient brake kits for the blue collar worker?  Thanks in advance for any help.

Call Eaton Springs in Michigan.  They sent me a pair of coil springs to drop the front of my 69 Firebird Convertible 1 inch to level it out.  I also installed a front disc brake conversion from Stainless Steel Brake Corp.  Both components work well together.  Hope this helps.
