Opionions wanted: I wish to get your opinions "Best Cam" . 1973 Grand Am 455 with # 12 Large valve heads. 11:5 to 1. Xylene mixed with high test, water injection. Roller Hydraulic wanted. Gears 3:42 posi, 3950 lbs, turbo 400, 2800 stall.Maximum acceleration wanted. Car is not a daily driver but lots of open highways up here in the north with city cruise light to light.Had factory 301/313 119 LSA. Currently 280/280 degree 110 LSA. Then I'll make a choice from your feedback and questions on what cam to install.

Sounds like a fun ride!
You didn't state what you have for exhaust system.
What lift will the valve springs take (-0.050" from CB)?
What intake and carb?
Obviously with a 2800 stall converter, that 455 will take way more cam than the 280/280/110LSA flat tappet that's in it now. But more info would be very useful.

2800 stall too much agreed, 2200 more like it.. New valve springs will be installed with new cam. Headers with turbo mufflers. Engine is rebuilt along with trani and differential. I will not post what speed it was clocked at but it took some time to get there. @ 6400RPM.

Pontiacman8's recommendation sounds good to me, particularly with a 2200 (corrected from initial post) stall converter.

Thanks gentlemen, I have a Eldebrock P4b intake with a 750 vacuum Holley, Accell outboard coil. One question, Is there a rule of thumb about LSA [455 cu.in.]for heavy [3950lbs] automatic mediumed geared cars [3:42]?

You should replace that P4B ASAP. That thing was not very good when it came out in the 1960s. Use a Pacific Performance Racing "Crosswind" or Edelbrock RPM instead.
