block is 9778789 with date e175. is this a 1965 engine? how do i determine my car build date? the body tags on the 2nd line is 100 on the 6th line it says fisher body 22-26. any ideas

You have an early casting 1966 389 cast on May 17, 1965. Not sure of the cae's birthday.

Your car's birth day is on the top line should be like 07C or something like that. Mine is 07C 07=July C=third week.
