WILL I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH A 12 BOLT POSI ON A 67 GTO?

I don't think You will have any problems, what year is the 12 bolt out of?

If it's from a '68 or later A Body it will be about 1/2" wider on each side. Other than that it should be fine. If it's from an earlier GTO the only thing that may be different is how the rear coil springs attach to the housing. The '66 and older have a plate that bolts the lower end of the coil to the housing. The newer style doesn't have that plate. They are interchangable.
