Trying to get some feedback from those that may have experience with running two (2) four-barrel carbs on a big ci Pontiac engine. I've been recently informed by a Pontiac racer of 25 yrs that he was made a believer a few years ago when John at "The Carburetor Shop" persuaded him to try a 2X4 setup on his 468 Pontiac engine. Since then, this guy claims to have converted as many as seven (7) Pontiac racers from the single Holley 4-barrel to the 2X4 setup after each racer experienced about a 2-tenth quicker ET in a 1/4 mi run. Is this typical?
