I am scheduled to interview Dennis Mecham of DKM Racing, MSE and of Mecham Pontiac, where the Macho Trans Am, Tallon and Z's started. Any particular questions anyone would like to hear answered from him? Feel free to post and I will do my best to ask your question. Obviously, we would like to keep it friendly and positive! Here's some: were the original Macho TA 400's given cam swaps? I've heard rumors that thet were, if so to what? Also what was actually done to the Q-jets?

I know that Dennis verifies his car through vin numbers.
Does he have any idea how many cars have survived throughout the years?
What does he think of the publicity that his cars have gotten over the last few months, ie..#16, #54?

Thanks guys! I'll ask him the questions. I appreciate the response! He does do authentication letters as I just had him authenticate mine even though he was surprised at how much paperwork I had on the car!

Ok, well you can listen to the interview. However, I did ask him about the cam swaps and, yes, they did a few along with ram air heads on their "E" types.
He does authentication letters for a $40 fee. Extensive "proprietary" reworking of the Q-Jets. Not really aware of how many left. Likes the fact that the world is waking up to his cars!
