Hello, I was wondering where the best place to get repo  interior parts, I have a black 81 turbo TA T-tops with brown dash and console. the seats are cloth camel, along with rest interior, but the seats are faded and ripped, of course the t-top seals are toast, first time at car wash I though I was at niagra falls...lol. the main thing I'm looking for is seats and t-top seals,(fisher) and maybe a new dash pad and console. dash has big crack above glove box. the last 2 mentioned I suppose I'm dreaming..lol. have ames catalog but was wondering if anything else was out there.   thank dmann65

Year One and Classic Industries have repro seat covers and seat foam, you'll have to look at their online catalogs to see if your pattern of cloth is available.
Check with Steele Rubber products or SoffSeal for your weather stripping parts, they should also be available from Year One or Classic as well.
I think both the dash pad and console are available repro, but you'll have to buy the dye as they are only vailable in black like most repro plastic and vinyl. The other option is to send your parts to Just Dashes and have them rebuilt. They replace the rotten foam and vacuum form the new vinyl to the dash with the correct grain and colors.
Fortunately for those of us with 2nd gen Birds, just about everything to make our interiors look brand new is now available in repro, even the screw kits, door panels etc. Of course the cost of all this is hefty, but it is there if we need it.
