Im currently building a 64 catalina and having some problems finding aftermarket parts. im looking for a disk brake setup for the front as well as tubular control arms (upper & lower) and polyurathane bushings! does anyone know what disk brake spindles are interchangable with the 64 cat?

Scarebird sells the disc brake brackets... I used his set up on my 64 and its great!
Pick up a set of B body 61-62 upper control arms. They have solid bushings.. Then grind about 1/4" off the shafts to give more positive caster..
Use the stock lowers with rubber bushings. I found a set of off set bushings on e-Bay. They pull the lower control arms forward and add a little positive caster..
I have 4.5 / 5 degrees positive caster on my 64 Bonneville using stock parts...
Reinforce the idler arm pad at the frame and pick up a Idler arm from Rare Suspension. They have a good idler arm with the bearings (#RP20200)...
One of the best upgrades I made was a Lee 12 to 1 steering box...
For the rear get the Ram Air Restoration 61-64 rear control arms and have Paul weld bungs (#CE-9114B) in for 1-1/4" Currie Johnny Joints (#CE-9114). The spherical Johnny Joint lets the rear end travel in it's intended arc. Polys are a bad choice on the rear control arms..
Good luck!
