Hi, I have a pair of #46 heads on my 71 354 ci pontiac, the code on the upper pad above the #5 and #7 spark plug holes reads C 07 9. Are these 1969 400 heads? And is the chamber size too small for this engine?  This forum rocks, I appreciate any help!

According to the date code you listed they are 1969 heads and have 72CC chambers and are not too small for the 350 engine.

No problem.
The 750cfm carb. is most likely gonna be a little too big.
