how to re and re rear quarter glass and tools needed?

I am in the middle of replacing my rear quarter glass. Thought they would have the same bolt up as the front but as luck would have it I find I will probably have to find a roller guide nut tool somewhere so as to get the glass removed. Do I just have the 3 nuts to take out to get my glass to come out?
