any one ever seen a t56 6 speed bolt up to a old poncho motor

It's all about the bellhousing. This is what enables it to mate up to the motor.

thats what is going in my poncho. T56 viper trans, bolts up to gm bellhousing. it lets you use your stock clutch linkage and a stock style clutch. same input shaft splines as a t-10 or a fine spline muncie.

so what your saying is if i use all old muncie mechanical linkage and clutch and flywheel and such this tranny will work?
