Has anyone ever heard of a t56 6 speed going onto the back of a pontiac motor

i put in a 89 camaro t5 transmission in my 67 firebird 400 ci, sure, just change out the bellhousing to a pontiac housing and shorten the driveshaft a few inches, and make a custom trany crossover.i used all the pontiac stock fork, stock throwout bearing, works cherry
