Factory Grease Pencil Markings '66 Goat

Can anyone tell me if there is a book out there that has known factory grease pencil markings?
1) I found a faded stamp on the end of the firewall to the right of the brake booster. It's faded but has anyone seen this before.
2) I want to know how rare my paint code is: B-C
3) I have grease pencil markings on firewall that read: B-C-19 (I saw 217 before or car color then interior number code), but what is this?
Note: (My interior code is 219-B. Maybe that has something to do with it).
