I am restoring a 69 Firebird with a manual transmission, but have not yet found a diagram or description of the engine vacuum line connections (carb, intake, distributor, vacuum valve?).  Any help would be appreciated.

autozone.com has them....

there are 4 pages of them...   cover 67 to 69 and more for other years...

you will have to join and log in.. but its free...

REPAIR INFO,

1969 PONTIAC FIREBIRD 5.7L 2BL OHV 8CYL,

REPAIR GUIDE,

DRIVEABILITY AND EMISSIONS CONTROLS,

VACUUM DIAGRAMS,

VACUUM DIAGRAMS

this is the path to get to the vacuum diagrams... they also have a lot of other information on firebirds..

since there are 4 pages.. and the web master at autozone gets on my case for posting them directly..... to keep their site up.. i don't post the direct links..

and a tip.. once you click on the enlarge button..    right click to open the enlarged image in a new window.. this will let you see the whole page at one time..
