Which spark plug would you guys recommend for a 400 with 6X-8 heads and Accel HEI distributor. Has Edelbrock 1406 and RAM Air exhaust with 2 1/2" pipes. Street driven cruiser around town and occanional road trip. There seem to be 50 to choose from the basic copper to triple wham-bam rocket science stuff.

I use AC Delco spark plugs.

R45TSX or the R45S I use both in my regal with no problems.
