Does anyone know what the cam specs (lift, duration, etc) were on a 1967 Pontiac 400 as it came out of the factory?

Thanks

It depends on which cam it came with, there were several depending on the HP level. There was the 066, 067, 068 and 744. I have added a link to Wallace Racing's cam spec page and it lists full specs for almost all of Pontiac's cams. The hard part is figuring out what cam your engine would have come with. Often you would have two different cams for the same HP engine depending on whether it was a manual or automatic. For example the '69 HO 350 used the 067 cam for auto and the 068 cam for manual, to add even more fun to the mix they also used the 744 in early 69 350 HO's with manual but there were a couple of issues, one being the idle quality in cold weather with the bigger cam in the small motor and the other was the risk of high rpm failures due to the higher revving cam in the small engine which would still make power at rpm's higher than PMD wanted to see. See...fun huh? Grin

Is that correct?

No, .407 lift on both valves with 1.5 ratio rockers and .447 lift with 1.65 ratio rockers.
