Street/strip setup?

I have a 1979 trans am, I'd like to have a stout car I can bring to the strip every now and then, but still be streetable. The engine is a pontiac 400 bored .040 over with a Kauffman forged stroker kit that makes it 469 *** also I have 85cc Kauffman aluminum D port heads. I ordered a hurricane intake but after some research I will be sending it back to get an edelbrock performer rpm, torker 2, or maybe even a victor. Also I have a 750 cfm edelbrock carb I will be putting on it. For the transmission I was thinking about getting a 2004r so I can run decent rpms on the street since it has an overdrive. For the rearend I was planning on getting 3:73 gears. The tires are 235/55 all around. The car has a roll bar in it,solid body mounts, and subframe connectors. I've taken all ac and heater components out(didn't use them before anyway). I'd like to keep the stall under 3000. The car has a stock leaf spring set up, I'm thinking about adding ladder bars to it. Im not on much of a budget. Here are some of my questions:
I'd like a hydraulic roller cam with a nice lope that will produce good power, what are some specs that are good for a street/strip engine?
Also what intake, and what roller rocker ratio would you use?
Do you have any other tips?
Please forgive me for asking so many questions this is a project me and my dad are doing and he's put me fully in charge of the build so I can see what it's is like to restore a car completely. Also I'm only 18 and I still have alot to learn so any feedback will help, thanks for all your help!

Hello
Its probably better for you to post this info in your original post as a reply instead of a new post. It becomes confusing making a new topic to answer any existing questions on a previous post.
As far as your info goes it still falls short of some of the basic info we need to help you best. Please go back and try to answer ALL the remaining questions in my reply [at least], specifically and in detail. This info only helps you in the end.
The detailed info I have already provided should tell you what you want to know.
Thanks
