hello

Mikes49 is possibly looking for a motor. I mentioned it to him on his post.

So - Am I asking to much for this?
Or am I just paranoid and nobody needs one?

Comments?

I personally think you might get half that, from the right buyer. I've been in the same position and concluded that nobody wants my stuff so I either have to use it up or scrap it. Its unfortunate to have so much tied up in pieces, I'm sure it would be an easier sell complete and running, and that might get you closer to the amount you need. What I'm saying is it ain't you or your engine, its what happened to the market since you bought all the stuff. If you're very patient you may get a bite, but they won't be willing to pay what you're asking. Trust me, if you had it at six hundred somebody real interested would show up and say "All I have is $400, man. But I want it bad!". Only way I've found to move stuff is to sell at scrap value. Sucks.

Oh well, I'll leave it in storage and build it when I have some time.
Maybe make a 383 and run CH3OH for grins.
