Hi everyone.  It's been a while since I've posted, but I'm in the middle of a three year long restoration on my 69 firebird.  I'm living in Belgium a little more than 1/3 of the way through my contract.  Trying to resto the car in the US while living in EU has been quite the challenge.  One of the many modifications I'm made to the bird is I went with DSE's subframe kit and since I upgraded so much in the front I've decided to upgrade the rear and go with their quadralink kit.  I have a few questions I was hoping i could get some help with.

1.  I already purchased a 12 bolt moser rear end.  Am i ok staying with this or would i be better going with DSE's 12 bolt gm rear?

2.  Is it worth spending the money on the  single or double adjustable shock option?  I won't be racing the car so i'm guessing not.

3.  Does anyone have any experience with the quadralink?  Is it worth the money to upgrade and get rid of the leaf springs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know a guy who used the DSE subframe and four link and a Fab9 rearend. He has knocked down a cone or two so far but is very pleased. His is a show car 69 Camaro, and the front and rear chassis is all welded together with the body.

You're welcome, it wasn't much. Don't know if he used the double adjustables but I bet so. The sheetmetal housing looked funny to me, but I'm sure it or any of the aftermarket or modified housings of your choice would be plenty sturdy. If you ever have any eye candy pics to share, we can drool. Sounds like a real nice buildup.

OK, now I remember. That is possibly the most beautiful engine I've ever seen, black and aluminum is my favorite look. You've made very nice choices there.

I don't see a link to the Trans Am though

Not sure what happened with the 99, but here it is again.

Thanks for the kind words on my engine.  Only bad choice was to blow my budget probably by 3 - 4X by the time I'm done, but you only livel once.
