Power range for the factory unrestricted secondaries intake on a 400?

I presume the intake is tuned for peak torque at a give rpm?
What is the upper rpm power limit for this intake? 5800rpm? 6000rpm? Engine is equipped with free flowing exhaust and a camshaft matched to the hp rpm range.

Pardon. I misworded my post after reading different peak torque rpms with the factory intake and various camshafts.
To rephrase what is the power range for this manifold? Is it idle to 5500rpm? 1500 to 6500rpm?
