Hey Guys, does anyone know the diameter of both front and rear stock 69 GTO sway bars?? Im looking to replace the ones along with some polygraphite bushings on my Goat, but was really curious about the current stock diameter. Thanks as usual my friends for all your help. JB

Consider yourselves lucky if you got a rear bar! My 70 Tempest had a 7/8" front bar only! Can you say bodyroll? lol. I bought the 1 1/4" front bar kit from Ames and it came with Energy Suspension end-links and mount bushings. I also bought the kit from Ames for the 1" rear bar that came with the factory-style boxed lower arms. Everything fit really well, of course it's till just a rolling chassis at this point so I can't advise on how much better it handles but I'm sure it will be a major improvement.

JB, the rear kit cost $289 and the Ames part number is S268, the front cost $129 #S252, plus shipping.
