Aluminum Flywheel Identification

I have an aluminum flywheel that I believe is made by Hays, but it has no numbers stamped onto it anywhere. Does anyone know how to ID this piece? I reached out to Hays to see if they could identify it from a photo maybe, but haven't heard anything back as of yet.

A second question - Has anyone here replaced the friction surface on a Hays aluminum flywheel? How is this done? This plate appears to be riveted on, but the speed shops do sell a replacement plate for the Hays flywheels, part number 76-200.

This is for a 326-455 pontiac V8 in case its applicable.

Thanks in advance,
Jake
